N.H. Code Admin. R. Par 209.02 - Motions to Compel Production of Information
(a) Any party may
make a motion in writing requesting that the board order the parties to comply
with information requests, including informal witness reviews and requests for
the exchange of documents.
(b) The
moving party's motion shall:
(1) Set forth in
detail those factors which it believes justify its request for information;
and
(2) List with specificity the
information it is seeking to discover.
(c) The motion shall be filed at least 10
days before the date scheduled for the hearing, or as soon as possible after
receiving the notice of hearing if such notice is scheduled less than 10 days
in advance of the hearing.
(d) The
presiding officer shall grant such requests for discovery as are necessary for
a full and fair presentation of the evidence at the hearing.
