N.H. Code Admin. R. Res 8404.02 - Trail Construction and Maintenance

Any project for trail construction and maintenance shall include the following to be submitted with the application:

(a) A detailed description of the proposed project;

(b) A statement of the type of work necessary to complete the project;

(c) A copy of landowner permission for the project area as required by Res 8403.06; and

(d) A detailed trail map of the project area.
