RSA Liq 207.01 - Petition for Revocation
(a) The
governing body of any city or town which has accepted the provisions of
RSA
663:5, I(b)-(d), may
petition the commission pursuant to
RSA
179:57, I-a, for the
revocation of a liquor license for a licensed premise located within that
community.
(b) The petition shall:
(1) Be in writing;
(2) Be sent to the chairman of the liquor
commission;
(3) Be limited to a
single licensed location; and
(4)
State clearly:
a. The name and address of the
petitioner and its representative, if any;
b. Why the commission should adopt the
request specified in the petition;
c. Pertinent factual data supporting the
petition; and
d. Views or arguments
in support of the petition.
(c) The governing body shall provide a copy
of the petition, with supporting evidence, to the licensee by email, certified
mail, or hand delivery to the licensed premise.
(d) The governing body shall file the
petition and all supporting evidence with the commission.
