N.H. Admin. Code Saf, Saf-C, ch. Saf-C 7500 - FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

REVISION NOTE:

Document #13938, effective 4-24-24, established a new Chapter Saf-C 7500 titled "Financial Responsibility" by adopting new rules or readopting and renumbering, or readopting with amendment and renumbering, various existing rules formerly in Chapter Saf-C 200 titled "Procedural and Hearings Rules" in Part Saf-C 205 titled "Reissuance of License or Registration", Part Saf-C 207 titled "Financial Responsibility Hearing Requirements", Part Saf-C 208 titled "Accident Reports, Hearings", Part Saf-C 211 titled "Protested Checks", and Part Saf-C 212 titled "Uniform Point System". The former rule numbers are indicated in the source notes.

The rules formerly in Chapter Saf-C 200 which were last filed in Document #10395-B, effective 8-15-23, did not expire on 8-15-23 but were extended pursuant to RSA 541-A:14-a until replaced by the rules in Document #13938, effective 4-24-24.
