N.J. Admin. Code § 10:69-9.11 - Material sent to applicants or beneficiaries of AFDC-related Medicaid program
(a) All materials distributed to program
applicants or eligible persons shall:
1.
Directly relate to the administration of the AFDC-related Medicaid
program;
2. Have no political
implications;
3. Contain names only
of individuals directly connected with the administration of the AFDC-related
Medicaid program; and
4. Identify
those individuals only in their capacity with the State or the CWA.
(b) The CWA shall not distribute
materials such as "holiday" greetings, general public announcements, partisan
voting information, or alien registration notices.
(c) The CWA may distribute materials directly
related to the health and welfare of program applicants and eligible persons,
such as announcements of free medical examinations, availability of surplus
food, and consumer protection information.
