N.J. Admin. Code § 11:22-6.1 - Purpose and scope
(a) This
chapter specifies standards for war and other exclusions and preauthorization
requirements in health benefit plans.
(b) This chapter applies to any insurance
company, health service corporation, medical service corporation, hospital
service corporation and health maintenance organization that issues health
benefit plans in New Jersey.
