N.J. Admin. Code § 11:24-6.1 - Health care service network
(a) Each HMO
shall maintain primary, specialty, ancillary, and institutional services
sufficient to meet the requirements in N.J.A.C. 11:24-5.
(b) Nothing contained in this subchapter
shall preclude the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Medical
Assistance and Health Services from requiring higher standards for services to
Medicaid recipients pursuant to a contract for services between the Division of
Medical Assistance and Health Services and the HMO.
