N.J. Admin. Code § 11:24C-2.13 - Designation list
(a) The
Department shall maintain a written list of designated home treatment health
care providers, which shall be made available to any person upon request made
to the Department, and shall be maintained on the Department's Internet
site.
(b) The list for general
distribution, whether in paper or electronic format, shall be updated as
frequently as necessary, but shall be published as a public notice in the New
Jersey Register no more frequently than annually.
