N.J. Admin. Code § 11:27-13.2 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"Department" means the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
"Insurer" means an insurer authorized to transact medical malpractice liability insurance in this State, and that is writing physicians and surgeons coverage in this State.
