N.J. Admin. Code § 11:3-30.4 - General requirements
(a) Any person
in whose name more than 25 motor vehicles are registered or in whose name more
than 25 motor vehicles are leased may qualify as a self-insurer by obtaining a
certificate of self-insurance issued at the discretion of the Commissioner as
provided in this subchapter.
(b)
All filings for certificates of self-insurance, renewals, and any other filings
deemed necessary by the Commissioner pursuant to this subchapter shall be sent
to:
