N.J. Admin. Code § 12:100-5.3 - Compliance with referenced standards
(a) The standards
contained in
N.J.A.C.
12:100-5.2 shall apply according to the
provisions thereof.
(b) Each
employer shall protect his or her employees by complying with the standards
prescribed in
N.J.A.C.
12:100-5.2.
