N.J. Admin. Code § 12:18-2.16 - Eligibility to petition
(a) An employee, to
be eligible to sign any petition requesting an election to discontinue a
private plan, shall be in the employ of the employer as of the date of the
petition, and covered by the plan. The form of the petition requesting an
election shall be prescribed by the Director.
(b) An employee, to be eligible to vote in
any election to discontinue a private plan, shall be in the employ of the
employer as of the date of the election and covered by the plan.
