N.J. Admin. Code § 12:18-2.7 - Review
(a) All approved
private plans shall be reviewed by the Division during their continuance to
insure compliance with the law and regulations thereunder.
(b) Where a decision to accept or deny a
claim is not made within 45 days of filing of claim, the insurer shall notify
the Division of such fact giving the reasons therefor.
