N.J. Admin. Code § 12:45-2.5 - Disbursement of funds
(a) The Department
shall allocate available funds to each community rehabilitation program by
August 1 and February 1 of each year based on their reported allowable
transportation costs.
(b) Each
certified community rehabilitation program shall issue checks to clients to be
used to defray transportation costs by August 15 and February 15 of each
year.
(c) The Department shall
reimburse each community rehabilitation program for the reasonable
administrative costs associated with the disbursement of checks to
clients.
