N.J. Admin. Code § 12:60-1.3 - Purpose
(a) The purpose of
this chapter is to:
1. List each and every
craft, trade, or class of workmen employed on public works in each of the 21
counties of the State; and
2. List
the criteria to be used when an issue regarding the establishment of a craft,
trade or class of workmen arises.
