N.J. Admin. Code § 13:21-22.17 - Written notice
(a) Any person who transfers ownership of a salvage motor vehicle in violation of
N.J.S.A. 39:10-31 et seq. and/or this
subchapter shall be notified by the Chief Administrator, in writing by registered mail, of any license suspension or revocation or other action
sought to be imposed and the grounds thereof.
(b) Written notice shall be mailed to the person at the
address of record with the Commission.
