N.J. Admin. Code § 13:35-10.14 - Minimum content
(a) A
licensed athletic trainer shall include the following in all advertisements and
professional representations (other than an office entry sign), including
advertisements in a classified directory, business cards and professional
stationery:
1. The name and license number of
at least one licensed athletic trainer working at the advertised practice
location; and
2. The street address
and telephone number of the practice.
