N.J. Admin. Code § 13:35-2B.1 - Purpose and scope
(a) The rules in this subchapter implement
the provisions of the Physician Assistant Licensing Act, P.L. 1991, c. 378, as
amended by P.L. 1992, c.102 and
P.L.
2015 , c. 224 .
(b) This subchapter shall apply to all
physician assistants licensed pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter and
to anyone within the jurisdiction of the Physician Assistant Advisory
Committee .
