N.J. Admin. Code § 13:35-2B.6 - Refusal to issue, suspension or revocation of license
(a) The Board may
refuse to issue or may suspend or revoke any license issued by the Board for
any of the reasons set forth in
N.J.S.A.
45:1-21.
(b) Prior to any license suspension or
revocation, the licensee shall be afforded the opportunity for a hearing
pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act,
N.J.S.A.
52:14B-1 et seq. and
52:14F-1 et seq., and the Uniform
Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
