N.J. Admin. Code § 13:46-18.9 - Maintenance of order; responsibility
(a) Promoters will
be held responsible for maintaining order, and any person who is intoxicated,
abusive or disorderly in conduct, to the annoyance of surrounding spectators,
must be ejected.
(b) Promoters must
supply adequate security services to ensure that order may be maintained and
all laws and regulations enforced.
