N.J. Admin. Code § 14:1-4.3 - Attachments to pleadings
(a) All balance
sheets, income statements, and journal entries submitted with pleadings must
conform to the applicable Uniform System of Accounts.
(b) This section shall not apply to entities
exempted by the Federal Communications Commission from using the Uniform System
of Accounts as specified at
N.J.A.C.
14:10-1A.13.
