N.J. Admin. Code § 14:17-1.5 - Hours
(a) All
offices of the Board are open on weekdays from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., unless
otherwise authorized by the Board .
(b) The offices are closed on legal holidays,
Saturdays and Sundays.
