N.J. Admin. Code § 15:27-2.15 - Release of funds from the Trust Fund to qualified organizations for a match for large gift donation
(a)
Upon completion and signing of an agreement between the qualified organization
and the Cultural Trust, the Cultural Trust will issue a check in the amount of
20 percent or an alternatively determined percent of the certified restricted
large gift donation to the qualified organization from the matching funds in
the Trust Fund.
1. The agreement shall set
forth all terms and conditions for the transfer of funds.
