N.J. Admin. Code § 15:3-3.8 - Computer output microfilm
(a)
Computer output microfilm (COM) must meet the requirements of ANSI/AIIM
MS1-1996 as amended or supplemented, incorporated by reference
herein.
(b) For microfilming source
documents or computer generated information (COM) on microfiche, the formats
and reduction ratios prescribed in ANSI/AIIM MS5-1992 shall be used as
specified for the size and quality of the documents being filmed.
(c) Computer output microfilm (COM) generated
images shall be the simplex mode described in ANSI/AIIM MS14-1996 as amended or
supplemented, incorporated by reference herein, at an effective ratio of 1:24
or 1:48 depending upon the application.
(d) ANSI/AIIM MS23-1998 as amended or
supplemented, incorporated by reference herein, shall be followed for
determining the appropriate reduction ratio and format for microfiche to meet
image quality requirements.
(e)
Indices on computer-generated microforms shall follow the data on a roll of
film or in the last frames of a single microfiche, or the last frames of the
last fiche in a series pursuant to
