N.J. Admin. Code § 17:16-32.1 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Certificates of deposit" mean debt instruments issued by a bank or trust company, or by a wholly-owned subsidiary or branch of a bank or trust company.
