N.J. Admin. Code § 18:18-6.2 - Corporations formed to evade the law
(a) Where the
Director has reason to believe that any corporation has been formed for the
purpose of evading these rules, he or she may require such corporation to show
cause why an application for a license by such corporation should not be
denied, or why the license of such corporation should not be revoked.
(b) Such hearing will be conducted in
accordance with the provisions of
N.J.A.C.
18:18-2.4 through 2.10.
