N.J. Admin. Code § 19:25-21.3 - Quarterly reports
(a) A registered professional campaign fund
raiser shall file quarterly reports (Form FRQ) with the Commission, which shall
include the following information:
1. The
name of each candidate or committee for which fund raising services were
provided;
2. The specific services
provided to each named candidate or committee;
3. The gross and net amounts raised for each
named candidate or committee;
4.
The amount of compensation received by the professional campaign fund raiser
from each candidate or committee; and
5. An itemized list of expenditures made in
connection with providing fund raising services.
(b) The term "quarterly reports" shall mean
the reports described below, which reports shall be due for filing and shall
include information described in (a) above relevant to the following periods of
time:
1. The first quarterly report shall be
due for filing on April 15 of a calendar year and shall include information for
the period of time beginning with the first transaction occurring on or after
January 1st of the calendar year of the filing date, and ending with the last
transaction occurring on March 31st of that calendar year;
2. The second quarterly report shall be due
for filing on July 15 of a calendar year and shall include information for the
period of time beginning with the first transaction occurring on or after April
1st of the calendar year of the filing date, and ending with the last
transaction occurring on June 30th of that calendar year;
3. The third quarterly report shall be due
for filing on October 15 of a calendar year and shall include information for
the period of time beginning with the first transaction occurring on or after
July 1st of the calendar year of the filing date, ending with the last
transaction occurring on September 30th of that calendar year; and
4. The fourth quarterly report shall be due
for filing on January 15 of a calendar year and shall include all information
for the period of time beginning with the first transaction occurring on or
after October 1st of the calendar year preceding the calendar year of the
filing date, and ending with the last transaction occurring on December 31st of
the calendar preceding the calendar year of the filing date.
(c) A professional campaign fund
raiser shall continue to file quarterly reports with the Commission regardless
of the number of events that person plans, organizes or attends, or the amount
of contributions that person receives, as long as the person remains employed,
retained, or engaged as a professional fund raiser, and until such time as the
professional campaign fund raiser notifies the Commission pursuant to
N.J.A.C.
19:25-21.5 of the termination of fund raising
services.
(d) A professional
campaign fund raiser shall file and certify the correctness of each quarterly
report.
