N.J. Admin. Code § 19:33-1.2 - Custodian of records
(a) Pursuant to
P.L.
2001 , c. 404 , the Chief
Executive Officer of the SDA shall designate a records custodian who shall be
responsible for responding to OPRA requests directed to the SDA for access to
government records.
(b) The address
and other contact information for the records custodian shall be made available
to the public by posting on the SDA website at www.njsda.gov.
