N.J. Admin. Code § 19:33-1.9 - Computation of time
(a) In
computing any period of time pursuant to
N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1 et seq., and this subchapter, the
business day upon which a completed written request for access to government
records is received shall not be included. The last business day of the period
shall be included in the calculation.
(b) For purposes of
N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1 et seq., and this subchapter, a
request for access is deemed to be complete when the requestor provides
information required at
N.J.A.C.
19:33-1.3(b) and pre-pays
the fees required at
N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1 et seq., and this
subchapter.
