N.J. Admin. Code § 7:13-7.19 - Permit-by-rule 19-replacement, renovation, or reconstruction of certain water dependent structures

(a) Permit-by-rule 19 authorizes the replacement, renovation, or reconstruction of one or more of the following water dependent structures, provided the conditions at N.J.A.C. 7:13-6.7 are met, the timing restrictions set forth at N.J.A.C. 7:13-11.5(d) are observed, and the structure is not a habitable building:

1. Any dock, wharf, pier, or bulkhead that meets the requirements of N.J.A.C. 7:7-2.4(d)6; and

2. Any floating dock, mooring raft, or similar temporary or seasonal improvement or structure that meets the requirements of N.J.A.C. 7:7-2.4(d)7.
