CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
All provisions of chapter 2, "Award of Contracts for Professional Services" were adopted by the Commissioner of Transportation, pursuant to authority delegated at N.J.S.A. 27:1A-5, and were filed and became effective prior to 9/1/1969. This chapter was readopted pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), effective 9/6/1983 as R.1983 d.410. See: 15 New Jersey Register 1176(a), 15 New Jersey Register 1668(a).Chapter 2 expired on 10/3/1988 pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978).
