Chapter 26, Interim Rules for the Processing of Damage Claims Pursuant to the Spill Compensation and Control Act ( P.L. 1976, c.141), was adopted as emergency new rules by R.1977 d.116, effective 4/1/1977. See: 9 N.J.R. 241(d).
