Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 33A, Certificate of Need: Surgical Facilities, was readopted as R.1990 d.168, effective 2/20/1990. See: 21 N.J.R. 3888(a), 22 N.J.R. 983(b). Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 33A, Certificate of Need: Surgical Facilities, expired on 2/20/1992.
Chapter 33A, Certificate of Need: Hospital Policy Manual, was originally codified in Title 8 as Chapter 43I, Certificate of Need: Hospital Policy Manual. Chapter 43I, Certificate of Need: Hospital Policy Manual, was adopted as R.1988 d.114, effective 3/21/1988. See: 19 N.J.R. 2365(a), 20 N.J.R. 645(d). Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 43I was readopted as R.1992 d.512, effective 11/25/1992. As part of R.1992 d.512, effective 12/21/1992, Chapter 43I was recodified as Chapter 33A.
