Chapter 83E, Provision of Pharmaceutical Services under the Senior Gold Program, was adopted as emergency new rules by R.2001 d.202, effective May 18, 2001. See: 33 N.J.R. 1954(a). Chapter 83E, Provision of Pharmaceutical Services under the Senior Gold Program, expired on July 17, 2001.
Chapter 83E, Provision of Pharmaceutical Services under the Senior Gold Program, was adopted as new rules by R.2001 d.429, effective November 19, 2001. See: 33 N.J.R. 1954(a), 33 N.J.R. 3940(a).

Chapter 83E of Title 8, Provision of Pharmaceutical Services under the Senior Gold Program, was recodified as Chapter 167C of Title 10 by administrative change, effective June 16, 2014. As a part of the recodification, administrative changes were made throughout concerning cross-references, agency names and addresses, and the elimination of text rendered redundant or moot by the transfer of authority. See: 46 N.J.R. 1643(a).
Chapter 167C, Provision of Pharmaceutical Services under the Senior Gold Program, was readopted as R.2014 d.133, effective July 30, 2014. See: 46 N.J.R. 741(a), 46 N.J.R. 1883(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1, Chapter 167C, Provision of Pharmaceutical Services under the Senior Gold Program, was scheduled to expire on July 30, 2021. Pursuant to Executive Order Nos. 127 (2020) and 244 (2021) and P.L. 2021, c. 103, any chapter of the New Jersey Administrative Code that would otherwise have expired during the Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) is extended through January 1, 2022. Chapter 167C, Provision of Pharmaceutical Services under the Senior Gold Program, was readopted, effective September 22, 2021. See: Source and Effective Date
