CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 70, Prohibited COVID-19 Related Employment Discrimination, was adopted as emergency and concurrent proposed new rules by R.2020 d.053, effective April 1, 2020 (to expire May 31, 2020). The concurrent proposal of Chapter 70, Prohibited COVID-19 Related Employment Discrimination, was adopted without change as R.2020 d.081, effective August 10, 2020. See: Source and Effective Date.
