Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 44E, State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, was readopted as R.2001 d.257, effective June 26, 2001, and Subchapter 1A, Licensure, was adopted as R.2001 d.257, effective August 6, 2001. See: 33 N.J.R. 1329(a), 33 N.J.R. 2683(a).

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 44E, State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, was scheduled to expire on December 22, 2013. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 44E, State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, was readopted as R.2014 d.109, effective May 30, 2014. As a part of R.2014 d.109, Subchapter 3, Determination with Respect to the Validity of Certain Diagnostic Tests, Special Requirements for Electrodiagnostic Tests and Other Special Examinations, was renamed Determination with Respect to the Validity of Certain Diagnostic Tests, Special Requirements for Electrodiagnostic Tests, and Other Special Examinations, effective July 7, 2014. Subchapter 1, Purpose and Scope, was renamed Purpose and Scope; Definitions; and Subchapter 4, Licensed Chiropractic Assistants, was adopted as new rules by R.2018 d.098, effective May 7, 2018. See: 49 N.J.R. 2899(a), 50 N.J.R. 1212(b).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1, Chapter 44E, State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, was scheduled to expire on May 30, 2021. Pursuant to Executive Order Nos. 127 (2020) and 244 (2021) and P.L. 2021, c. 103, any chapter of the New Jersey Administrative Code that would otherwise have expired during the Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) is extended through January 1, 2022. Chapter 44E, State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, was readopted effective October 19, 2021. See: Source and Effective Date.
