Weighmasters; Weights and Measures, was filed and became effective as Chapter 65 prior to September 1, 1969.
Chapter 65, Weighmasters; Weights and Measures, was recodified as Chapter 47E, effective June 15, 1975.
Subchapter 2, General Provisions, was adopted as R.1976 d.421, effective December 17, 1976. See: 8 N.J.R. 531(b), 9 N.J.R. 26(d).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1c, Chapter 47E, Weighmasters; Weights and Measures, was scheduled to expire on December 28, 2006. See: 38 N.J.R. 4988(a).
