CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 55B, Regulation of Bounty Hunters, was adopted as new rules by R.2007 d.78, effective March 5, 2007. See: 38 N.J.R. 4801(a), 39 N.J.R. 786(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 55B, Regulation of Bounty Hunters, was scheduled to expire on March 5, 2014. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 55B, Regulation of Bounty Hunters, was readopted as R.2014 d.120, effective June 25, 2014. As a part of R.2014 d.120, Subchapter 3, Bounty Hunter Training Course, was repealed, effective July 21, 2014. See: 46 N.J.R. 585(a), 46 N.J.R. 1698(a).
Chapter 55B, Regulation of Bounty Hunters, was readopted effective June 7, 2021. See: Source and Effective Date.
