Chapter 57, Uniform Crime Reporting System, was adopted as R.1976 d.397, effective December 9, 1976. See: 8 N.J.R. 425(c), 9 N.J.R. 26(b). Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 57 expired on May 16, 1999.
Chapter 57, Uniform Crime Reporting System, was adopted as new rules by R.1999 d.215, effective July 19, 1999. See: 31 N.J.R. 837(a), 31 N.J.R. 1939(a).
Chapter 57, Uniform Crime Reporting System, was readopted as R.2004 d.431, effective October 20, 2004. See: 36 N.J.R. 3637(a), 36 N.J.R. 5163(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 1(2010), the chapter expiration date was extended from April 18, 2010 until the completion of the review of administrative regulations and rules by the Red Tape Review Group, and until such time as the extended regulation or rule was readopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq.
