As a part of R.2018 d.184, Subchapter 1, General Provisions, was renamed Purpose and Scope; Subchapter 4, Application, Approval and Participation Procedures, was renamed Application, Approval, and Participation Procedures; Subchapter 6, Design, Construction and Maintenance of Signs, was renamed Design, Construction, and Maintenance of Signs; and the chapter Appendix was repealed and adopted as a new rule, effective 10/15/2018.
