CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 44, State Comptroller, was adopted as new rules by R.2010 d.212, effective 11/15/2010. See: 41 N.J.R. 4424(a), 42 N.J.R. 2810(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 44, State Comptroller, was scheduled to expire on 11/15/2017. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 44, State Comptroller, was readopted with technical changes, effective 7/7/2017. See: 49 N.J.R. 2547(a).
Chapter 44, State Comptroller, was readopted as R.2025 d.021, effective 12/30/2024. As a part of R.2025 d.021, N.J.A.C. 17:44 was recodified with amendments to N.J.A.C. 19:70, and was renamed Office of the State Comptroller Rules, and N.J.A.C. 17:44-3.6, Notice, documents and information required of State agencies that procure through the Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property, was repealed, effective 2/3/2025. See: 56 N.J.R. 178(a), 57 N.J.R. 265(a).
