CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Subchapter 22, Emerge Program Rules, was adopted as special and concurrently proposed new rules by R.2021 d.063, effective 5/20/2021 (scheduled to expire on 11/20/2021, but was extended by Executive Order No. 127 (2020) and P.L. 2021, c. 103, to January 1, 2022). Adopted concurrent new rules were adopted as R.2022 d.018, effective 12/15/2021. See: 53 N.J.R. 1091(a), 54 N.J.R. 160(b). Subchapter 22, Emerge Program Rules, was renamed Emerge by R.2022 d.058, effective 5/16/2022. See: 54 N.J.R. 124(a), 54 N.J.R. 909(b).
N.J.A.C. 19:31, Authority Assistance Programs, was readopted effective 3/27/2024. As a part of the readoption, N.J.A.C. N.J.S.A. 19:31-22 was recodified to N.J.A.C. 19:31U with attendant technical changes to the rule text concerning cross-references, agency names, addresses, etc., effective 5/6/2024.
