Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 126A, DYFS Utilization of Family Day Care Providers, was readopted as R.1995 d.277, effective 4/4/1995. See: 27 N.J.R. 432(a), 27 N.J.R. 1801(b). Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 126A expired on 4/4/2000.
Chapter 126A, DYFS Utilization of Family Day Care Providers, was adopted as new rules by R.2000 d.316, effective 8/7/2000. See: 32 N.J.R. 985(a), 32 N.J.R. 2906(a).
Chapter 126A, DYFS Utilization of Family Day Care Providers, was renamed Division Utilization of Family Day Care Providers and readopted as R.2006 d.94, effective 2/3/2006. Subchapter 2, DYFS Funded Family Day Care Services Program Requirements, was renamed DYFS-Authorized Family Day Care Services Program Requirements by R.2006 d.94, effective 3/6/2006. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 126A, Division Utilization of Family Day Care Providers, was scheduled to expire on 8/2/2013. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 126A, Division Utilization of Family Day Care Providers, was readopted as R.2012 d.058, effective 2/13/2012. As a part of R.2012 d.058, Chapter 126A was renamed Division Utilization of Family Child Care Providers; and Subchapter 2, DYFS-Authorized Family Day Care Services Program Requirements, was renamed DYFS-Authorized Family Child Care Services Program Requirements, effective 3/19/2012. Chapter 16, Division Utilization of Family Child Care Providers, was recodified from N.J.A.C. 10:126A, Division Utilization of Family Child Care Providers, by administrative change, effective 1/3/2017. As part of the recodification, attendant technical changes were made to the rule text concerning cross-references, agency names, addresses, etc. See: 49 N.J.R. 98(a).
Chapter 16, Division Utilization of Family Day Care Providers, was readopted as R.2019 d.078, effective 6/26/2019.
