CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 196, Determination of Eligibility for Functional Services from the Division of the Children's System of Care, was adopted as special adopted new rules and concurrent proposed readoption of special new rules by R.2013 d.009, effective 12/12/2013 (operative January 1, 2013). See: 45 N.J.R. 53(a). Chapter 196, Determination of Eligibility for Functional Services from the Division of the Children's System of Care, expired on 12/26/2013.
Chapter 196, Determination of Eligibility for Functional Services from the Division of the Children's System of Care, was adopted as new rules and renamed Determination of Eligibility for Functional Services from the Division of Children's System of Care by R.2014 d.026, effective 1/21/2014. See: 45 N.J.R. 53(a), 46 N.J.R. 222(b).
Chapter 40, Determination of Eligibility for Functional Services from the Division of Children's System of Care, was recodified from N.J.A.C. 10:196, Determination of Eligibility for Functional Services from the Division of Children's System of Care, by administrative change, effective 1/3/2017. As part of the recodification, attendant technical changes were made to the rule text concerning cross-references, agency names, addresses, etc. See: 49 N.J.R. 98(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1, Chapter 40, Determination of Eligibility for Functional Services from the Division of Children's System of Care, was scheduled to expire on 1/21/2021. Pursuant to Executive Order Nos. 127 (2020) and 244 (2021) and P.L. 2021, c. 103, any chapter of the New Jersey Administrative Code that would otherwise have expired during the Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) is extended through January 1, 2022. Chapter 40, Determination of Eligibility for Functional Services from the Division of Children's System of Care, was readopted, effective 12/1/2021. See: Source and Effective Date.
