Chapter 46, New Jersey Individual Development Account Program Rules, was readopted as R.2007 d.200, effective May 30, 2007. See: 38 N.J.R. 3725(a), 39 N.J.R. 2530(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 46, New Jersey Individual Development Account Program Rules, was scheduled to expire on May 30, 2014. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 46, New Jersey Individual Development Account Program Rules, was readopted, effective October 23, 2014. See: 46 N.J.R. 911(a), 46 N.J.R. 2351(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1, Chapter 46, New Jersey Individual Development Account Program Rules, was scheduled to expire on October 23, 2021. Pursuant to Executive Order Nos. 127 (2020) and 244 (2021) and P.L. 2021, c. 103, any chapter of the New Jersey Administrative Code that would otherwise have expired during the Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) is extended through January 1, 2022. Chapter 46, New Jersey Individual Development Account Program Rules, was readopted, effective November 23, 2021. See: Source and Effective Date.
