Below is the chapter history prior to the recodification of N.J.A.C. 5:62, Women's Micro-Business Program, to N.J.A.C. 3A:72:
Unless otherwise expressly noted, all provisions of this chapter were adopted pursuant to authority of N.J.S.A. 52:27D-170 et seq. and were filed and became effective on May 5, 1978, as R.1978 d.143. See: 10 N.J.R. 224(a). Amendments which deleted this chapter and transferred amended rules on this subject to N.J.A.C. 5:36-1.1et seq. were filed and became effective on October 16, 1978, as R.1978 d.365. See: 10 N.J.R. 470(b).
Chapter 62, Women's Micro-Business Program, was adopted as new rules by R.2006 d.76, effective February 21, 2006. See: 37 N.J.R. 1701(a), 38 N.J.R. 1184(a).
Subchapter 4, Program Operational Requirements, was adopted as new rules by R.2007 d.207, effective July 2, 2007. See: 39 N.J.R. 820(a), 39 N.J.R. 2530(b).
Chapter 62, Women's Micro-Business Program, was readopted as R.2011 d.045, effective January 6, 2011. See: 42 N.J.R. 1946(a), 43 N.J.R. 281(c).
Chapter 62, Women's Micro-Business Program, was recodified to N.J.A.C. 3A:72 by administrative change, effective January 3, 2017. See: 49 N.J.R. 98(a).
Below is the chapter history subsequent to the recodification of N.J.A.C. 5:62, Women's Micro-Business Program, to N.J.A.C. 3A:72:
Chapter 62, Landscape Irrigation Contractors, was adopted as R.1996 d.21, effective January 2, 1996. See: 27 N.J.R. 1098(a), 28 N.J.R. 148(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 62, Landscape Irrigation Contractors, expired on January 2, 2001.
Chapter 62, Landscape Irrigation Contractors, was adopted as new rules by R.2001 d.225, effective July 2, 2001. See: 32 N.J.R. 3888(a), 33 N.J.R. 746(b), 33 N.J.R. 2289(a).
Chapter 62, Landscape Irrigation Contractors, was readopted as R.2006 d.435, effective November 20, 2006. See: 38 N.J.R. 3109(a), 38 N.J.R. 5357(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 62, Landscape Irrigation Contractors, was scheduled to expire November 20, 2013. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 62, Landscape Irrigation Contractors, was readopted as R.2014 d.051, effective February 20, 2014. As a part of R.2014 d.051, Subchapter 2, Certification, was renamed Certification and Renewal; Subchapter 3, Business Permit, Subchapter 6, Enforcement, Subchapter 7, Hearing Requests, and the chapter Appendix were adopted as new rules; former Subchapter 3, Fees, was recodified as Subchapter 4, Fee Schedule; and former Subchapter 4, Other Provisions, was recodified as Subchapter 5, Additional Requirements, effective March 17, 2014. Chapter 62, Landscape Irrigation Contractors, was recodified from N.J.A.C. 7:62, Landscape Irrigation Contractors, by administrative change, effective February 21, 2017. As part of the recodification, attendant technical changes were made to the rule text concerning cross references, agency names, addresses, etc. See: 49 N.J.R. 332(a).
