In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1d, the expiration date of Chapter 31, Toxic Catastrophe Prevention Act Program, was extended by gubernatorial directive from July 14, 2008 to August 13, 2008. See: 40 N.J.R. 4806(a).
Chapter 31, Toxic Catastrophe Prevention Act Program, was readopted as R.2009 d.85, effective 2/9/2009. As a part of R.2009 d.85, Subchapter 3, Minimum Requirements for a Program 2 TCPA Risk Management Program, was repealed, effective 3/16/2009 (operative March 16, 2010). In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 31, Toxic Catastrophe Prevention Act Program, was scheduled to expire on 2/9/2016. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
