As a part of the administrative change and pursuant to Reorganization Plan No. 002-2005, Chapter 43, Standards for Licensure of Residential Health Care Facilities Located With, and Operated By, Licensed Health Care Facilities, was duplicated as Subchapters 1 through 16 and Appendices A through C of Chapter 27A of Title 5. Pursuant to Executive Order No. 1(2010), the chapter expiration date was extended from February 22, 2010 until the completion of the review of administrative regulations and rules by the Red Tape Review Group, and until such time as the extended regulation or rule is readopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq.
Chapter 43, Standards for Licensure of Residential Health Care Facilities Located With, and Operated By, Licensed Health Care Facilities, was readopted, effective 2/26/2019, with technical changes effective 8/5/2019.
