N.M. Code R. § 6.50.7.15 - OTHER EDUCATIONAL ENTITY
Any other educational entity may, but is not required to, participate in any offering of the authority. To participate, the other educational entity desiring coverage, must affirmatively and in a timely manner petition the authority pursuant to Part 4 [6.50.4 NMAC] to obtain coverage. To protect the stability of the fund the board in Part 4 [6.50.4 NMAC] has established reasonable terms and conditions to be imposed upon the educational entity being granted coverage. If the other educational entity is unable to agree to adequate terms and conditions to fully protect the integrity of the fund the board shall deny the petition for coverage.
