N.M. Admin. Code § 1.4.8.17 - RESIDENT PREFERENCE
To effectuate the requirements of the state's resident contractor preference laws, 13-4-1 NMSA, et. seq., final cost scores of proposals under 1.4.8 NMAC shall be modified.
